Since our founding in 2015, we grew from a small humble team with a handful of vans in our team, to being one of the premier transport and transfer services provider in WA. We have faced many tough challenges along the way, most prominently the recent COVID-19 pandemic that brought the world to a screeching halt. We

Overcoming A Toll Task

Our Role in the Pandemic via our Partnership with TOLL

Covid put the world to a stop. It presented plenty of nightmares in the supply chain and logistics of almost all businesses. The movement of goods was almost put into a grinding halt. The pandemic present plenty of tough challenges that many businesses was not able to overcome.

Despite the pandemic restrictions, WA was in a unique situation where the local economy is thriving but the state was not isolated against the restrictions the rest of the world was facing. The pandemic also brought changes in consumers' behaviors; the massive increase in online orders being one of the significant ones.

The massive increase in online retail demand meant that business, particularly couriers responsible for the delivery of goods, needed to find ways to overcome problems in logistics. Even corporate giants like Toll was not exempt to the damage of Covid. The unusual mix of lockdowns, economic boost, and sheer size of the state, forced Toll to find answers to keep up with the massive jump in demand for its services.

Lowki Transport answered the call in WA. Despite the hurdles, our knowledge of WA, and can-do, blue collar attitude allowed us to provide transport and support services that helped Toll meet its targets and satisfy their customers. To this day we continue our strong and fruitful relationship with Toll.
